Terms of Service

By using Prflio, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. We may update these terms; if a change is material we'll notify active users by email.

You must be 13 or older to create a Prflio account. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

You own the content on your cards. By publishing it, you grant Prflio a non-exclusive license to host, display, and serve it publicly so the cards can do their job. You promise that:

• You have the right to publish whatever you put on a card.
• Your content doesn't violate the law, harass anyone, infringe copyright, or impersonate someone you aren't.
• Headshot and cover images are yours, used with permission, or in the public domain.

We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

The free plan is one card with a curated set of themes and limits described on our pricing page. Pro is $2/month billed annually ($24/year), or $4/month billed monthly.

• Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and continue to use Pro through the end of your current period.
• Refunds are handled by whoever processed your payment — Lemon Squeezy on the web or Apple if you subscribed in the iOS app. Apple's standard refund policy applies to App Store purchases.
• If you downgrade from Pro to Free, your existing extras (cards beyond 1, links beyond the free cap, themes outside the free set) stay on file but are auto-hidden after a 30-day grace period.
• We may change prices for the Pro plan with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions keep their current price for the remainder of their billing period.

See our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account from the in-app settings; we don't retain backups longer than 30 days.

We try to keep Prflio running smoothly but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for downtime, data loss, indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

You can stop using Prflio at any time. We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that endangers others or the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes go to courts located in Madison County, Illinois.
